Getting started
- Connect Taskshire to your team’s tools Post project updates to Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord or Google Chat, and link Taskshire to your calendar, forms and thousands of other apps. For project admins
- Import your work from another tool Bring your tasks in from Trello, Asana, Monday, ClickUp, Jira, Notion or any spreadsheet in a few minutes. For project admins
- The assistant What the built-in assistant can draft for you, what is sent to it, and how to switch it on or off. For everyone
- Client logins Give a regular client contact their own sign-in, so they can see what needs their sign-off and what is coming up without waiting for an email link. For project admins
Team chat
- Connect Slack Post project updates to a Slack channel. With the Slack app, you can also approve work, create tasks and see link previews without leaving Slack. For project admins
- Connect Microsoft Teams Post project updates to a Microsoft Teams channel as tidy cards, using the Workflows app in Teams. For project admins
- Connect Discord Post project updates to a Discord channel. With the Discord app, you can also approve work and add tasks without leaving Discord. For project admins
- Connect Google Chat Post project updates to a Google Chat space, with each task’s updates kept together in one thread. For project admins
Your alerts and account
- Personal chat alerts Send one person’s Taskshire alerts to their own Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord or Google Chat, as well as in the app and by email. For project admins
- Link your chat account Link your Slack or Discord account to Taskshire, so you can approve work and add tasks from chat, and get @mentioned in updates. For everyone
- Dark mode, installing the app and push notifications Choose a light or dark theme, add Taskshire to your phone or computer like an app, and get notices pushed to your devices. For everyone
- Sign in with Google or Microsoft Use your Google or Microsoft account to sign in to Taskshire, link it to an account you already have, and unlink it again. For everyone
